〈No Shame〉出自澳洲天團5 Seconds of Summer發行於2020年的第四張專輯《CALM》。
當時這首歌雖然作為專輯繼〈Easier〉和〈Teeth〉兩首爆紅單曲之後的第三波主打，卻依舊非常受到歌迷歡迎，無論是充滿諷刺意味的歌詞，或是發人深省的MV，都是讓歌曲成功的因素。
這首歌其實充滿了諷刺？
〈No Shame〉的歌詞直白地道盡社會上許多人為了搏版面、吸眼球的病態行為，不僅諷刺了諸多名人的無恥行徑，也反映了這個時代人們對於名利的貪婪與貪得無厭。
值得一提的是，歌曲的MV也和歌詞意境相互呼應，甚至每位團員都詮釋了一個值得諷刺的病態行徑，例如主唱Luke在MV中製造「假死」，吸引所有人的關注；貝斯手Calum在MV中扮演寵妻魔人，她要什麼就給她什麼，方便她成天為此炫耀。
吉他手Michael演一個即使出車禍也要先自拍的人，連旁邊的駕駛有沒有受傷都不管；最後鼓手Ashton則飾演一個整形醫生，凸顯人們對於愛美的極致貪戀。
明星的生活也許令人難以想像，但相信大家的身邊總是不乏那些為了名利而不擇手段的人們，即便我們無權批判對方的行徑，只是當這已經成為一種病，或一種影響到他人的舉動時，後果真的是令人細思極恐的。
5 Seconds of Summer用了輕快而略帶憂鬱的編曲，將這個實則沉重的議題以輕盈的方式表現出來，希望聽眾都能從中感受到他們想要表達的中心思想。
