近年音樂走向勵志路線的紅粉佳人P!nk (aka 特技女王) 這次再度用音樂為大家帶來正能量！
這首〈Trustfall〉出自於她2023年發行的同名專輯《Trustfall》，是一首節奏感極強的EDM輕舞曲，淺顯易懂的歌詞句句深入人心，以「信任」作為出發點，鼓勵每一位需要勇氣的人們踏出你心中的恐懼和消極。
非常推薦大家在某個心情不好的夜晚聆聽，讓它成為激勵自己的一帖良藥。
什麼是「信任遊戲」？
所謂的「信任遊戲」，其實是一種培養團隊默契的團康遊戲，在某些公司或演員訓練課程當中，為了加速同事之間的信任關係，經常會透過這樣的活動來達成目的。
「信任遊戲」最常見到的玩法，就是一群人先站成圓形，且會有一個人站在圓心，接著中間的人雙手抱胸朝著任何一個方向往後倒，這時候站在附近的人就要把他身體撐起來，這樣那個人就可以再倒向另一個方向，如此不斷重複下去。
當你對其他成員擁有足夠的信任之時，你內心才能毫無顧忌把身體倒下，等於是把生命交給大家了，而這就是「信任遊戲」想要培養的感受，亦即「完全的信任」；不過雖然這個遊戲乍聽之下很好玩，但事實上是個很危險的活動，大家還是不要輕易嘗試啦。
日前P!nk也推出了〈Trustfall〉的Live版本，找來了法國知名舞蹈家Yoann Bourgeois來共同表演，其中他利用彈簧床和樓梯製造的墜落效果真的令人嘆為觀止，充滿了戲劇張力。
不論你喜不喜歡這首歌曲，這個表演都非常值得一看，只能說P!nk真的從來不讓人失望啊！
